You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm the School, its students, staff or other users.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, upload harmful code, or copy, scrape or misuse its content.

Information on the Website, including notices, timings, calendars, facilities and fee-related information, is for general guidance and may change without prior notice. Official circulars issued by the School will prevail in case of any difference.

Admission forms, parent login and online fee payment are provided through authorised third-party school management and payment platforms linked from the Website. Use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Submission of an admission form or enquiry does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to seat availability, the School’s admission criteria and applicable CBSE norms.

Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through their account.

Fees, refunds and related matters are governed by the School’s fee policy and circulars issued from time to time. The School is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks or payment gateways.

Consent (opt-in): By sharing your mobile number with the School through the admission form, enquiry form, school records, parent portal, “Chat with us on WhatsApp” button or in person, you consent to receive messages from the School’s official WhatsApp number(s).

Type of messages: These may include admission and enquiry responses, fee reminders and receipts, circulars and notices, attendance and leave alerts, examination schedules and results updates, transport and boarding updates, event invitations, holiday and timing changes, emergency and safety alerts, and other school-related information.

No unsolicited promotion: The School will send only school-related communication and will not share your number with any third party for their own marketing.

Opting out: You may stop receiving non-essential WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP to the School’s WhatsApp number, or by writing to office@mayoorschoolsiliguri.com. Parents of enrolled students may continue to receive essential messages relating to their child’s safety, attendance, fees and academics, as these are necessary to provide educational services.

Official numbers only: The School communicates only through its official verified WhatsApp number(s) 9046972822 and the numbers listed on the Website. The School will never ask for OTPs, passwords, card details or banking PINs over WhatsApp, SMS or phone. Please report any suspicious message claiming to be from the School.

Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct and active mobile number and for informing the School of any change. The School is not responsible for messages not received due to an incorrect number, network issues, or WhatsApp service interruptions.

Conduct: Messages sent to the School’s official numbers must be respectful and relevant to school matters. The School may block numbers that send abusive, offensive, spam or unrelated content.

Response times: Messages are attended to during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Automated replies may be sent outside these hours. For urgent matters, please call 9046972822 / 9046972823.

WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All content on the Website, including text, logos, the School’s name and crest, photographs and videos, belongs to the School or is used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without the School’s written consent.

Photographs and videos of school activities, events and achievements may be published on the Website, the School’s social media pages and in school communication, in line with the consent given by parents and guardians at the time of admission. A parent or guardian who does not wish their child’s image to be published may write to the School at office@mayoorschoolsiliguri.com.
